We’re known for product experiments, but this one is more than an experiment.

It started from a very specific frustration: manual chatbots that don’t answer, support where you repeat the same issue three times, and IVR flows that feel like a maze. After spending way too many irritated hours just trying to get basic help for things I’ve paid for, it started feeling personal.

We wanted to fix that properly.

So we built Horizon.

Horizon is a multilingual website Intelligent Support Agent that learns directly from your website. No intent mapping and training cycles.

You paste your website URL, and Horizon reads your public content, understands the structure, builds context, and turns your site into a live conversational interface in minutes.

The second non-negotiable for us was multilingual support that behaves like real life. People don’t speak in one language. They switch mid sentences, mix languages, clarify in another. Horizon keeps the conversation coherent across language switches by default.

And because this touches user conversations, we treated security like the product:

  • encrypted in transit and at rest
  • isolated workspaces and tight access controls
  • user personal information never reaches outside of your control

If you’ve wanted conversational AI on your website but the setup felt heavier than the benefit, reply to this newsletter. I’m happy to show it around with your website.

Would you like to chat and discuss possibilities?

See ya!
